Uses

• Use a drop of Peppermint with Lemon in water* (adults only): for a refreshing flavour or refreshing mouth rinse.
• Place one drop in palm of hand with one drop Wild Orange and one drop Frankincense (optional) and inhale for a midday pick-me-up.
• Add a drop to your favourite smoothie recipe for a refreshing twist*.
• When dealing with seasonal allergies blend 2 drops each of lavender, lemon and peppermint oil in 1 tsp. (5 ml) fractionated coconut oil, and apply a small amount on the temples, under the nose, and on the bottoms of the feet morning.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use* (adults only): Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Description
